Sugar Plum Marshmallows are the most darling treats ever. They’re layered homemade marshmallows that taste absolutely delicious.

Once you have a homemade marshmallow, you are ruined for all others. Oh my gosh. They are worth every little minute you spend making them. If you’ve got bags of marshmallows around the house though, I suggest you do something super cute with them. Make this adorable marshmallow snowman hot chocolate or maybe these cute Oreo sheep.

Sugar Plum Marshmallows

I’m not sure if your kids know this, but Santa really loves these marshmallows. In fact, I have it on good authority that he likes them even better than cookies.

Maybe that’ll help convince them to leave these goodies out instead of cookies this year. (wink)

But seriously, these Sugar Plum Marshmallows are scrumptious.

They may look like a lot of work, but they’re not.

This is a must-make recipe for sure.

Sugar Plum Marshmallows Are Not Just for Christmas

I’m thinking these cuties would be phenomenal for Valentine’s Day.

Right?

The pink and white with the powdered sugar dusting will work like a charm for either holiday.

Bring Out Your Wooden Spoon

I’m not sure what an actual, professional candy maker would say about using a wooden spoon for making these.

All I know is that my Grandmother swore by only using a wooden spoon for candy making.

Had I brought out a metal spoon, she wouldhave had a hissy!

That’s all I’ve ever used and unless someone can convince me otherwise, that’s all I’ll ever use.

Sugar Plum Marshmallow Gift

When you wrap these up in a pretty silver (or gold) tin, you’re going to look like a rockstar.

So many people have no idea what a treat homemade marshmallows are. They also don’t know how simple they are to make!

I guarantee you’ll be bombarded with requests for your recipe.
